The Niche Agency Difference
What’s the difference between us and all the dental design shops and dental marketing consultants?
We do our best to avoid conflicts of interest by working from your perspective. We do this because we believe you should get the type of service that fits your needs.
You can work with us even if you have your own...
- Dental Logo Designer
- Dental Web guy or gal
- Dental Copywriter
- Web Hosting Company
- Dental Consultant - What!?
Why would we suggest you work with someone else when we "might" make more money by keeping you completely in our "system", especially if you have your own dental consultant?
We realize there are so many ways for you to find other sources in this hyperactive marketing and Internet era that trying to limit all our dentist clients to one source is delusional. For example...
• You may want to stay ahead of the curve and not be bogged down by your current consultant's lack of experience in certain areas. They know financial, back office strategies but are weak in marketing.
• You've worked with a general design group on your logo but would rather not have them do your advertisement design and dental website writing because of their lack of dentistry perspective.
• You know how to develop a web site, or have one, but need someone to develop your marketing campaign or Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising on Google, Yahoo, or MSN.
• Your dental marketing consultant is always selling you stuff and you want a second opinion on a regular basis (Dental Marketing Coach) to not only save you money but verify it is right direction to go.
• You now realize the Web has not "changed everything" and your dental web design group has no clue how to market beyond the web.
We are not the cheapest group to choose. Matt Lurken Tvrdik, the website and logo designer I work with, is a National dental design award winner. He provides high quality custom design that is based on your entire brand.
Yet, our fees are not outlandish because we do not have the overhead most companies do.
Why would a dentist choose Niche Agency if he or she could find a lower price on a dental marketing product?
- Every dental design and marketing plan we produce is CUSTOM
- We are not just cranking out products to satisfy our own marketing/business strategy
- We work in an individualized way that maximizes & differentiates your image
- Our extensive dental expertise provides value-added benefits and long-term results
Plus Matt's company, The Electric Church is an independent design firm. He does not rely on me and I do not rely on him financially. In this way, we can offer our services to dentists who want and see value in them, without having an obligation to push each other's services.
While Matt is my preferred designer and Web genius, you have the freedom to, and should, do what is best for your dental practice.
Think of it in terms of two dental laboratories you might work with:
1) The local one that does dentures and one or two unit bridges.
2) The nationally respected lab or ceramist that does all your large, complex cases
1) The local lab is the very inexpensive design group
2) The national lab is Matt's dental design company
And, Niche Agency's Dick Chwalek is like an Office Manager/Consultant, getting you what is appropriate for your company's image and pocketbook.
If you want to get an idea of how serious I am about this, call me up or email me and I will give you the name of a website where you can see how cheap a dental logo or web site can get. (You will have to determine after visiting the site what "cheap" means in this context.)
Run with that company AND work with us on other things. Or just take the info and use it to get a lower price. - Of course, you might want to check out our fees first to get a gauge on value: just request a quote.
Niche Agency will never compete on price alone. This is because nothing we do is a loss leader or is farmed out to a "mystery" third-party designer.
Even big dental design companies that charge what we do use third-party designers (sometimes without your knowledge). These designers might be selling their services below market value to get started or because they only do it part-time or have little experience in dentistry or design itself.
While Matt is a third-party designer, you will get his direct input on your projects and you will see HIS quality designs not a gallery of designs from mystery designers. The design accountability will be obvious and tangible.
You just need to choose the route you want to pursue.
While I could just say it is Buyer Beware, some dentists do find exactly what they want by going the cheapest route.
Take the time you need in your hunt and decision process. Whether you spend less or more, your expectations should be met: short and long-term. Come to think of it, this might be something you have said to a patient recently.
Sincerely,
Dick Chwalek - Niche Agency Director
